Selling a property through probate, a trust, or an estate can involve much more than simply listing a home for sale.

San Francisco properties may come with deferred maintenance, occupants or tenants, personal property, title issues, inspections, cleanup needs, local requirements, and difficult decisions about whether to prepare the property or sell it in its current condition.

My role is to help make the real estate side of the process clear, organized, and manageable.

As a former Courthouse Supervisor and Courtroom Clerk with the Santa Clara County Superior Court, I bring firsthand knowledge of the court environment, the importance of documentation, and the responsibilities estate representatives and fiduciaries carry when managing estate property.

Today, I am a Real Estate Broker specializing in probate and trust real estate and one of a select group of real estate professionals trusted by the County of Santa Clara Public Administrator’s Office to assist with estate-related real estate matters.
